WHAT IS INDUSTRIAL HEMP?

Industrial Hemp is the one of the most widely grown and used agricultural products in the world. Up until the 1940s it was the single largest cultivated crop in the United States. Industrial Hemp has been used for thousands of years, for thousands of different uses including paper, textiles, biodegradable plastics, construction, health food and beverage, oils, and fuel.It is one of the fastest growing biomasses known. It is also plays a significant part in the “Green Future”, requiring little to no pesticides, no herbicides, helps controls erosion of the topsoil, and rapidly produces oxygen.Industrial Hemp is produced in many countries around the world. More hemp is legally imported by the United States for commercial use than to any other country in the world. Hemp and Marijuana are not the same plant.

IS HEMP AND THC THE SAME THING?

No. They are different compounds extracted from different plants. It is impossible to get high or Stoned from Hemp.

ARE HEMP PRODUCTS LEGAL TO SELL AND DISTRIBUTE

Yes. Hemp is not a Scheduled substance and is available to distribute, sell, purchase, and carry in all 50 states without a permit or medical prescription and in over 50 countries. Infusion does not sell or distribute any products that are in violation of the United States Controlled Substances Act.

WILL HEMO SHOW UP IN A DRUG TEST?

No. CBD from industrial hemp plants is considered a nutritional food product and has no properties that are considered scheduled by the Drug Enforcement Agency for any drug tests.

CAN I GET HIGH FROM HEMP PRODUCTS?

Our natural hemp comes from carefully-cultivated European Industrial Hemp plants—not marijuana—which is why it is legal for import and use without a prescription or license.

DOES HEMP HELP WITH ILLNESSES?

Federal regulations do not allow claims about whether or not hemp can help with specific ailments. However, there are studies that have shown hemp may help with stress,anxiety, restlessness, insomnia, alertness, focus, nausea, varieties of skin conditions, sore muscles and joints and many more. There have been over 15,000 medical publications on the positive benefits of hemp use. We do, however, suggest  that you conduct your own research.
